Delivery Prices and Time
All small and medium sized shatterproof mirrors will be sent by Royal Mail. If you wish to guarantee your mirrors safe arrival, there is an option to pay an additional charge on checkout for Recorded Delivery and other options. If you want your order sent urgently, please pay the extra £5.99 express delivery option, which will prioritise your order (this option is not always available). If this option is not there on checkout and you need the order urgently, please email or call and we can let you know if the order can get to you in your timescale required.
The larger items are delivered by Royal Mail or Courier 24 hour service and are all traceable and secure. A valid signature will be required on delivery of the larger mirrors. Our aim is to deliver your order within 7 working days after receipt of payment, subject to stock availability.
Bespoke orders that have been quoted a price on, will have the relevant postage included in the quote and are not liable for any promotional discounts or offers that may be available on the web site at the time of ordering. Delivery is approximately 14 days from day of order for Shatterproof Mirrors, and up to 28 days for all other Glass Mirrors.
All Handcarved Classic Wooden Mirrors & Glass Mirrors will be delivered by courier. We will dispatch your mirror order within 28 working days of the order being placed. We are not able to tell you the exact date of delivery. However, if you are not in the courier will leave you a card, you can then phone the couriers and arrange a mutually agreeable day for delivery of your mirror(s). Please note: we only deliver these mirrors within the UK & Ireland. The same payment terms apply as stated for the shatterproof mirrors.
It is your responsibility to be in when our Courier or Royal Mail attempt delivery. If you are not in for collection then a card should be left stating this and it is then up to you to liaise with them to arrange collection or redelivery.
Please note: If the items are returned to us then you may incur further postage charges to re-send the item/s back to you.

Payment is made through SagePay, which is our secure server and our preferred payment method. We will send you an email to confirm when your order has been processed. The company accepts almost all major credit/debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo). Full payment is required at time of purchase. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible if there are any problems with the dispatch of your order.
We also accept in certain circumstances I.E. Local Authorities, schools or similar - payment by invoice/cheque. Please email your order with a relevant purchase order number and your full contact details and delivery address (if different) to email@example.com
Please note: the goods will not be despatched until after your cheque has been cleared and funds are in our account.
Telephone ordering: You may also order over the telephone; but this will incur an additional £5 administration charge as we then need to imput your order on the website for you.

Returns and Cancellation Policy (please read in full)
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return your purchase because it is simply not what you require or, the description misread and not because of any product fault, you must inform us of this in writing and within seven working (7) days, you must also return the item to us within ten (10 days) of receipt. After this time period we are under no legal obligation to accept the return of your mirror, as stated in The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations Act 2000.
You (The customer) is responsible for returning the item in the original packaging, with the protective film on the front of the mirror/s (acrylic mirrors only) still intact by recorded delivery and for all return shipment charges. Glass mirrors will need to be securely packaged, insured and returned by courier.
Please note: we cannot use our own courier to collect unwanted goods nor issue SAEs.
We do not accept returns of bespoke mirrors ie: individual custom-made mirrors including engraved mirrors. We are not responsible for any damage to items after receipt of goods by the customer. Or, if the mirror/s has been used as an integral part of landscaping (i.e. floor mirror with water and stones on them etc) or other outdoor or indoor uses that are not the normal. Please do not use the shatterpooof mirrors with any grouting or cements as this will errode the mirror backing. Please, if need be use a pva glue (No More Nails recommended) and clear bathroom sealent around the edges.
Orders for custom-made goods may only be cancelled if work on the product has not yet begun.
To return your item/s: All returns must have a returns note put in the package you are returning. To obtain this note please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org giving a brief reason for the return and quoting your order/invoice reference number. Please do not telephone to return your mirror as you will be directed back to these pages and will only receive the returns note by email. We cannot accept responsibity for returns unless the relevant note is included in your package, or you are instructed otherwise - failure in including the returns note could delay your return being processed and may also slow down your refund.
Refunds: Once we have received, checked and processed your returned item - we will refund you within 28 working days. This will not restrict your statutory rights.
We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please make sure you have read and understood the description/s thoroughly of the mirror/s you are or have ordered from our website and that you have selected the correct items, we would prefer not to send goods out on a trial basis. In all cases where the goods need to be returned they must be packed in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and information leaflets. The protective film to the front of the mirror/s must be intact and not dislodged in anyway, the item/s must be returned to us in a resaleable condition. You must also return your purchase in the original outer box or covering to ensure that the product remains undamaged. We advise all returns are sent by a traceable method such as recorded delivery. You are responsible for any insurance for returning the goods (particularly glass items) to the relevant despatch office.
Damaged mirrors: If your mirror is damaged on receipt or the size incorrectly ordered, we will without question replace it for another - please email using the address above explaining what the problem is, if possible and if the mirror is damaged it may be helpful if you could attach a photograph of the damaged area - you will then be instructed as to what to do next, if the product/s are to be returned you will be sent a returns note, the items must be in the original packaging and again the responsibility of returning the goods to us is yours. In all cases a replacement/refund will not be given until the goods have been checked and validated by an authorised member of staff.

How do I care for my Mirror?
Shatterproof acrylic mirrors should be cleaned using a very soft cloth such as a micro cloth. You can use mild soap and water or an anti-static polish. You are advised not to use glass or window cleaning products or any abrasive cloths. If you are putting one of these mirrors on to a recently painted wall or ceiling, please wait at least two weeks for the paint to dry out completely.
Tiles in bathrooms/kitchens must be completely dry, clean and dust free - if tiles have been previously been cleaned with a polish please ensure this is removed as we hold no responsibility for sticky pads coming loose from polished areas. Please also make sure the mirror is put up on a completely flat surface or distortion may occur.
Glass mirrors can be cleaned using a soft cloth or sponge and a glass or window cleaning fluid. Do not use any abrasive materials to clean your mirror.
Where can I put my Acrylic Shatterproof mirrors?
You can attach your Acrylic mirrors anywhere in or outside of your property. The mirrors come supplied with double sided sticky fixers which are normally quite adequate to fix them to most surfaces. Please note: If you use sticky pads to attach your mirror, please be aware that if you press the mirror down around the sticky pads then it may cause the mirror to become mishaped and distort, press only the the sticky pad with care when fixing to a wall.
Make sure surfaces are clean and dry before attaching.
Please note: Certain areas may need further adhesion and sealing I.E. in bathrooms or rooms where moisture occurs or outside exposed to the elements. We suggest in these circumstances using a non-acitone, non-toxic and of course suitable for acrylic PVA adhesive - we would recommend either 'No More Nails' or the one sold on our website.(We cannot guarantee non marking of the mirrors if any other adhesive is used.
To avoid moisture penetration it may be advisable to put a clear silicone sealer around the edges. This can be purchased from most DIY stores.
Acceptance of Orders
The company legally accepts no order placed by the customer, until the company issues a final acceptance email of the order to the customer. All orders are fulfilled subject to these terms and conditions of sale, unless otherwise varied by and agreement in writing. Please note that colours and finishes shown on our web site our approximations. Actual colours and finishes may vary. The exact size of each mirror may vary slightly.

Please note: All orders must be placed online; if for some reason you wish to order over the telephone then an extra £5 administration fee will be charged to your final bill.
The company may also cancel the order and refund you in full, if for example there is no stock available, or for other reasons out of our control, we will inform you of the cancellation and refund.
Prices are correct at time of going to press / uploading on the website. Goods are invoiced at the price agreed when our acceptance confirmation email is sent. Charges are made for all delivery options except where detailed otherwise. We reserve the right to alter prices of any orders, which have not been accepted.
Trade Mark Policy & Copyright Policy
Sendmeamirror is a registered trademark and all material including all images are subject to copyright law and design right. You will need our permission to use any material from our website or any of our other marketing material. We take copyright / trademark infringement very seriously and will not hesitate to take legal action if necessary. We also have the right to revoke use of any of our materials at any time. By registering with us a dropshipper/wholesaler (agent) or, as a customer placing an order you are also agreeing to our terms and conditions which are on this website. If you are a dropshipper or wholesaler with ourselves you are licenced to use our pictures and wording from this web site, but all orders you receive must be placed through us, via this website and with the relevant discounts given. You are not allowed to reproduce any of our mirror designs or images by any other means. You are also not allowed to manufacture / reproduce any of our shatterproof / acrylic mirror designs. If you are found to do this, we will not hesitate to take legal proceedings against yourselves. Please make sure you have read and understood them. We will issue legal action against anyone found to be breaking our terms.
We are committed to maintaining the privacy of our customers. Your personal details will remain strictly confidential and we will not disclose your information to any third parties. We may at times contact you by post, telephone or email, regarding special offers or with other relevant information. If you do not wish to be contacted at all, please let us know and you will be removed from our database.
Whilst we have done our best to protect your personal information, we cannot completely guarantee this as the internet is not 100% secure and there is always a slight risk that your personal information will be obtained. The company shall not be liable for any type of loss incurred.
The Company's Liability
a) The company shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable for any indirect or consequential loss howsoever caused.
b) The company’s liability in respect of breach or non-performance of any order shall be limited to the invoiced value to which the claim relates.
c) Goods are not tested or sold as fit for any particular purposes or for use under any specific conditions.
d) Subject to these terms and conditions, and except where the goods are sold to a person dealing as a consumer (within the meaning of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977), all warranties, conditions or other terms implied by statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
e) Where the goods are sold under a consumer transaction (as defined by the Consumer Transactions (Restrictions on Statements) Order 1976 the statutory rights of the customer are not affected by these terms and conditions.

Customers accept that by dealing with the company they agree to the terms and conditions contained in this website and that any contract made with the company will be a contract subject to the law of England. The courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction in the determination of any disputes.
All our products are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%.
In the event that the company is prevented from carrying out its obligations as a result of any cause beyond its control, such as, but not limited to Acts of God, War, Strikes, Lock-Outs, Floods and failure of third parties to deliver goods, the company shall be free of its or any obligations and liabilities for as long as we are prevented from fulfilling any order.
