Shatterproof Acrylic Mirrors

All Shatterproof Mirrors will be sent by royal mail and larger items by City Link, and our aim is to deliver your order within 7-14 working days after receipt of payment. Payment is made through Protx, which is a secure server and our preferred payment method. We will send you an e-mail to confirm your order is being processed. If you are paying by cheque the goods will not be dispatched until after your cheque has cleared. You can also order over the telephone, please call +44 (0)1923 800801. Most of these mirrors will be delivered by courier except for the largest ones which will be delivered by a driver. We aim to deliver these mirrors within 21 days of the date of order. Please note we only deliver these mirrors within the UK and Ireland.

Returns

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return it in perfect condition in the original packaging and within 14 days. We will then arrange to exchange the product or make a refund.

Please note any refunds will not include postage, packaging or courier charges unless the goods received were faulty.

Here is a couple of examples:

If the cost of a Shatterproof 30-40cm mirror is £21.99 including free delivery. You then return the mirror to us for a refund, the cost of p&p for sending it out originally will be deducted for this mirror. The current cost for this package is £2.99 for p&p, so you would receive a refund of £19.00.

The cost of a Shatterproof 50-65cm mirror is £49.99 including free delivery. If you then return the mirror to us for a refund, the cost of p&p for sending it out originally will be deducted for this mirror. The current cost for this package is £6.99 p&p, so you would receive a refund of £43.00.

The customer is also responsible for any return shipment charges.
